Lip Balm
A hydrating, lusciously scented balm to keep lips nourished and soft.
Tip: can be mixed with any Shimmer Powder for a custom lipstick!

Application:
Using a cotton bud place the bud into the balm and scoop out a small amount of product and put it on the back of your hand to use as a pallet.
Place the opposite end of the cotton bud into your favorite Bellapierre shimmer powder and add it to the balm on your hand.
Apply to your lips.
Use more color or lip balm as needed.
Enjoy the delicious vanilla fragrance!

Returns Policy
